Returns & Refund Policy

At Savita’s Jewels, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how you can return items and how refunds are processed.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.


2. How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at hello@savitasjewels.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.


Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for faulty or damaged items only. If you wish to exchange for a different design or size, please request a refund and place a new order.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear description and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your rights under UK consumer law.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

 - Earrings and body jewellery

 - Custom-made or personalised pieces

 - Gift cards
