6. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom and, where applicable, selected international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, particularly during exceptionally busy periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may return most items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as earrings) may be excluded unless faulty. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights under UK law.
